Paramount Construction Services began in 1998, founded by Christos Sarantis, who had a vision for raising the standard in multi-family housing services. What started as a small operation—just Christos, a pick-up truck, and one employee—quickly evolved. Initially focused on cleaning and painting apartment units, Christos recognized a growing need for full-scale unit upgrades. From there, Paramount expanded to provide fast, high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations with a strong reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.


Today, Paramount is proud to be a nationally recognized contractor specializing in interior renovations for multi-family housing. What began with a handful of clients over 25 years ago has grown into a robust operation serving over 100 properties each month across key markets nationwide.


Despite our expansion, we’ve stayed grounded in the values that built our foundation: honesty, hard work, and a deep commitment to quality. Our team remains focused on delivering dependable service, superior renovations, and on-time project completion.

Safety First

At Paramount, safety is at the core of our operations—on-site, in transit, and in our offices and warehouses. Every member of our management team has completed OSHA 10 training, with several team members advancing to higher levels of safety certification. To keep safety top of mind, we conduct bi-weekly training sessions for all staff.

In addition, we are proactive in maintaining health protocols related to COVID-19. We regularly assess information provided by the CDC and WHO, updating our Pandemic Response Plan accordingly to ensure we protect the well-being of our team, clients, and communities we serve.
